The new redistricting deadline is Jan. 30. The ACLU is representing the plaintiffs.Outgoing Democratic Gov. John Bel Edwards does not plan on calling lawmakers back to Baton Rouge to draw a new map, spokesperson Eric Holl said Sunday.
